I didn't blog in December, there are many reasons for this, the chief one is that I'm lazy. However by what i will loosely call popular demand, I've added some pictures and it seems sensible to add a blog entry to point at them.

Early December found me on another rig, which we remarkable only for being on land but being surrounded by water. We then went to Singapore which felt expensive and safe, a world away from Jakarta.

I was lucky enough to go home for Christmas; you might have thought that getting 5 days of for Christmas after spending 6 weeks on the rig didn't require luck, but you would be wrong.
